I'm going to exercise now and the almonds won't have made a difference to me. Anything is good for you as long as you don't go over your daily caloric intake.

And another thing, I'm not new here, so I have been eating healthy for a long time. I just wanted to know if anything I'm eating recently is bad for me, like today's foods. The almonds, I ate the rest of the ones I had bought so that I wouldn't have to eat them anymore.

I'll tell you all now, they were DARK chocolate almonds, which the food diary doesn't have in it. So I compensated with milk chocolate almonds.

Well I ate the almonds because they were what I brought with me to school so that I wouldn't be hungry during the day. I didn't eat breakfast because when I left home, there wasn't time, and then I didn't have time while I was at work, and by the time I did have time, it was lunch time.

Well I can't control how much is in the package, and I don't like to leave food un-eaten. But I didn't eat breakfast so I thought that was alright. And I'm just guessing how much pasta there was.

Pay attention to how you're breathing - if you're breathing and your shoulders are moving, then you are breathing wrong. You should be breathing with your diaphragm, and feeling your stomach going out. That way you utilize your lungs all the way. :)

Yeah, you guys are right, I don't log all my food, but from mental calculations of my food, I usually figure my ending caloric intake at the end of the day, it's probably around 1400.

Actually, once you start doing more exercise, you can increase your calorie intake every time you lose 5 pounds. Sugar in fruit is good for you. In fact, sugar in fruit shouldn't even be counted as the sugar that you think of in other foods, like bread, pasta, candy, and other things like that. It's different sugar all together.
