My wife hates that I stay skinny (*by her standards) and try to eat right. So we always have whole milk and skim milk. Sometimes I'll mix half my skim into her milk so she could lose a pound or 2. And shes always baking crap then looking at me retarded when I get home from the gym and look in the mirror and laughs at me.…

I love all the people who are or were overweight their entire life and tell others how many calories they should eat. Hilarious, for real. IDK, if you know this but some people who don't have severe weight issues don't usually eat what you guys suggest. There's times I had to work and would not eat until dinner and at that…

Maybe, I bet you are.

Hey, goo luck. I'm sure you'll be there in no time. But don't have any kids for awhile.

I've eaten 1000 and under and never died. I was also never overweight until my mid 20's when I started eating whatever. Eat what you like and what your body tells you it needs. Most peoples opinions could get thrown in the crap shoot for all I care.

I'm a guy but I felt the same way last year going from 193-160. I ended up getting down to 155 but, stopped maintaining after a couple months. So now I'm back. I don't think it would hurt to lose some as long as you stay above the lowest BMI index. Oh, and congratulations on reaching your goal!

Thanks for all the great advice and good luck with your success.

@ marypatmccue Thanks for the link. Unfortunately my attention span is worse then a dog. That's like an entire wbook. I read the first and last paragraphs. Great information.

False advertising! I want my calories back!

1200, but I try to stay around 900-1100 since I don't weigh everything exactly.

IDk I weigh 3blbs more than when i started working out again 2 weeks ago and my swim shorts that I could barely fit my *kitten* in from last summer fit better already. I don't even have to double knot them.

If you take two people of the same height and weight, and put them side by side, they're going to have different body compositions. Depending on how much fat vs. muscle they have.

I just bought some size small shirts from old navy online expecting to lose a bit. Just tried them on and afraid if I wash them gonna be belly shirts. Corrected went from 176.2-179.6. My boobs seem to be getting firmer so the shirts don't look all that bad.

Working out 4/5 times a week 90 minutes/day. Basically, only exercise I get during the day. Been logging everything except some apple cider on sat/sun.

Alright, why workout if you just want to eat those calories. I like MFP and all but don't eat your workout cals. I don't understand why MFP does that. Stay at your calorie goals pre workout. You'll lose more weight and still feel full.

I love cookies. I can't buy any snacks or they'll be gone the same night. The fat-free sugar free ice creams not to bad if you want to try that. IDk, just don't buy it!

Mainly calorie/exercise tracking.

Old country Buffet for appetizer and a triple Baconater with extra cheese for my entree. I can feel the grease dripping between my fingers now. I knew I shouldn't have opened this crap.

I've been tempted to do this so bad. I won't though. I think it will either make me feel okay I lost some so I can skip this or skip that or be discouraging. First time I tried losing weight I didn't check for almost 2 months and went to the gym daily. I'm gonna try once a week now.

@bekkibradbury Make sure you take a multivitamin whether dieting or not.

I've never adjusted my MFP recommended goals. I tried to stay at the goals in the past and ended up losing only a few pounds per month. So now I stay under everything except protein. I think the fat, calorie are to high for me to lose how I would like. ONly thing I find hard to keep under the goals is the sodium. I try to…

It's hard at first. I am not condoning anyone follow what I do since I don't have much weight to lose so my body can handle it. I usually eat non-fat foods e.g. egg beaters, english muffins, lettuce, tomato, tuna, fish, shrimp, chicken (*half portions boneless), mushrooms, cottage cheese, skim milk, lunchmeat (*turkey,…

Hi, I'm not an expert but I would suggest eating a light lunch to bring down your normal calorie consumption for the day. When dinner rolls around order what you love and enjoy it. I try to only eat out 1-2 times per month now and that is what I usually do. Good luck and enjoy dinner.

@wozzie67 Swimming is a great and enjoyable workout. If you have the time and extra energy incorporate some intensity training on a cardio machine. I usually do cardio before I swim since it's less tiring my muscles. Sometimes I'll do cardio and strength in the morning and swim in the evening. All depends on my schedule.

I didn't record that number. I put the time in that I worked out and that's what MFP gave for the calories. So likely it was below that. I have been on an arc trainer for 30 minutes 100inlcine 100 resistance and burned close to 500. I was in better shape at the time although. I don't go exactly by the calories for exercise…

Congratulations! Hopefully this time next you'll be where you want to be.
