  • Go out tonight and have fun. Celebrate with your family and eat what you want I wouldn't worry about this one meal - you can get right back on the diet tomorrow. You need to treat yourself once in awhile. If 80% of your days are good and 20% are days where you cheat, you will still win the diet wars.

  • It's almost impossible to get too little sodium in your diet. Getting too much is a bigger concern. My cardiologist believes even the RDA is set way too high.

  • Are you interested in workout DVDs at all? I would go to www.collagevideo.com and look at the clips of the workouts and see which ones might interest you. There are lots of places that sell DVDs for less than $10.00. E-bay and Amazon are two that have good prices.
  • I sit in front of a computer at one of my jobs, too. I don't do any exercises at my desk, but I do go for walks on my breaks. I wear a pedometer and do whatever it takes to make sure I get at least 10,000 steps per day.
