i had a plateau for like a couple weeks (if that counts) after i lost the first 20lbs so i changed up my workout routine, i was usually doing 3x cardio (running) 2x strength training and so i flipped it to 3x a week strength training, changed up the routine itself like upping weights, changing order, adding in new moves…
