First of all, congrats on your weight loss. I think you are gonna discourage yourself in the long run if you keep doing the weight check every day and multiple times in a day. You will get there but do it the right way but continuing to watch what you eat. Only weigh once a week on the same day no matter what happened the…

Fantastic. I remember being a size 10 when I got married 26 years ago. I will be happy just to not have to buy the 1-3X size......lol

Maybe just stick with a middle range of calories and keep your exercise up. 1400 is very doable and you can get extra calories when you exercise for those days you ARE extra hungry. Best of luck with your surgery and don't get frustrated.

Do you log calories for things like gardening, dog walking. That helps me. Hang in there and be patient. I would kill to weigh what you weigh :-):flowerforyou:

As one who often hits the wall or works so hard all week and the scale doesn't move, all I can say is keep at it. Make sure you are getting enough calories and logging all you eat. Only weigh yourself once a week. Live to be healthy!

Good for you and you are right, you don't have to give up beer...just drink and eat everything in moderation. That way you will be more successful

Hi, You can add me as a friend. I know how difficult it is to lose and stay on track. Been there many times. I am back again now because I am pre diabetic and I feel my life depends on it. Take it one day at a time and if you have a bad day or week, just start fresh each time. Nancy:smile:
