Just starting this as of 8/8! Starting weight: 162 lbs Goal weight at end of challenge: 138 lbs Healthy Weight Range: 108-140 lbs Ultimate weight loss goal: 112 lbs, by losing 50 lbs total.

Just getting back into running again. I think I will probably end up completing 27 miles this month. ;-)
