Hmmm, I ate everything as I should except for one day and I also did a fast, but 0.2?? Actually, this is typical for me. I'll show a small loss one week and then a normal or more than normal the next. I think it has something to do with menopause. So lose it while your young!! I know I'm going in the right direction...down, down, down. Today I redo my measurements so hopefully it shows up there.2 -
