Week fourteen weigh in:
8/1/16: 210 lbs - I am at the beach- on vacation-not being as strict as I should be-lets see what next week brings
8/8/16: 213.6 - Dang! pretty bad. today I will get back on it. lets see if I can get the momentum going again.
8/15/16: 208.8 -met a teeny tiny goal of breaking 210.
8/22/16: 208 - this is me happy with a small loss, rather than a small gain
8/29/16: 203 -beyond pleased. just need to keep it going.
9/5/16: 202.6 - small loss is better than stuck or gaining. I'll take it.
9/12/16: 201.6 - trying to be happy I didn't have a gain this week.
9/19/16: 199.6 - rough week at work, at play and on my heart.
9/26/16: 198.2 - its finally sinking in that I have broken the 200 mark
10/3/16: 196.5 - I have safely maintained under 200 pounds for a few weeks, and I am pretty sure it's not a fluke. feeling good about meeting that milestone.
10/10/16: 195.2 – posting a few days late because travel. Proud of the small loss, considering all of the drinking /eating I did over the last week.
10/17/16: 194.3 shocked. and happy. cannot believe I had a loss. wtg me!
10/24/16: 196 - like I said, bad week I am scared that the holidays will kill me.
10/31/16: 197-If this is the start of the eating season I AM TERRIFIED. did not do well.
WEIGHT LOSS FOR WEEK: +1 lbs
TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS FOR CHALLENGE: 13 lbs.
GOAL WEIGHT LOSS FOR TOTAL CHALLENGE: 20lbs (to get to 190 lbs) did not happen. but trying to get grounded again and get back in the swing before the serious holiday stresses and food begins.
