    Congrats to everyone who posted a loss. Yay! To those who have stayed the same/ gained - Do not give up. Its a daily struggle for me too and every moment is an opportunity to succeed. Don't get caught up in the negative mind set. You can do it. Everyone slips up- it's ok. Just accept it and start over with the next thing you choose to eat. You are amazing. You are strong. You can do it - one day at a time. You're not alone.

    I ran yesterday and I'm not that used to it, that pushed my weight lower. Still since I cut way back on added refined sugar I've been losing weight. I'm eating 25% above the MFP goal to lose 1 lb/week and losing more than that. That rate is too fast for me and I'm starting to get some lose skin. :confounded:

    I'm not completely avoiding sugar, in fact I've added a lot of whole fruit to my diet. Fruit doesn't seem to make a difference. For two days I experimented and ate sugary desserts and I started feeling hungry again all the time. Just in two days! I'm probably oversensitive to refined sugars.
