Back again by popular demand, I present our FALL WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE

Starting AUGUST 1 through OCTOBER 31 we will go three full months on another journey together! This is a continuation of our Summer, Fall and Winter and Spring challenges 2015-2016 and everyone continues to do well to encourage one another that we are going to keep the momentum once again and begin another NEW challenge!

    I am going on vacation August 27th through September 4. I am going to Puerto Rico. So I probably will not be doing much logging through those dates. I will probably even gain a few pounds back while I am there, but once I am back I will be right back at it.

    I am currently 152 lbs.
    I will check in on August 1st. With a starting weight for this challenge.
    My ultimate goal is to get to a healthy weight of 135 lbs., for my 5'4" frame.
