    I don't know why I lost so much this week. There is a good change it is a lot of water. I'll be traveling for a couple weeks so my next post will be likely be higher a weight. In two days I'll attempt a 30 hour fast to throw off my internal clock and start eating when I get on my red eye overseas flight, 12:05am local time. I'll try to stay awake and follow the US time when I get there. However large road trips in the US aren't good for food.

    Reply against the first post and copy and paste into another editor. Then later change that and copy and paste into the reply box on this thread. There are probably many ways to do it, but almost anything would be better than the editor in this forum. :grimace:
