I don't know why I lost so much this week. There is a good change it is a lot of water. I'll be traveling for a couple weeks so my next post will be likely be higher a weight. In two days I'll attempt a 30 hour fast to throw off my internal clock and start eating when I get on my red eye overseas flight, 12:05am local time. I'll try to stay awake and follow the US time when I get there. However large road trips in the US aren't good for food.3 -
