@narak_lol and @poppigirl - don't give up! This is HARD! I struggled with the scale going the wrong direction for YEARS, even though I was eating relatively well (most of the time) and exercising. I lost count of how many times I gave up, gave in, and then started over again. It's so frustrating - but you can do it! A loss is still a loss, no matter how small. And there could be other NSVs that you don't readily see (clothes fitting better, more energy, even something as simple as it becoming a habit to make a healthier choice. Exercise that will power. Shake things up a bit and surprise that pesky scale - give it no choice but to give in to your efforts.

Still no loss but despite the weekend I had, I'm chuffed with a STS!3 -
I've shifted my focus over the last couple of months to working on recomposition. My tape measurements are down and I'm seeing some definition in places I haven't before so I think it's working. That being said, it's hard training my self not to be disappointed by numbers on the scale! Perhaps this will be my last weight loss challenge for a bit while I focus on changing my aesthetic.

Definitely going through a rough patch. still going through the motions and the scale is reflecting a loss, but I am not a good mindset to be happy with my progress. Even though I I am right at the 200 mark. I am usually one to see the bright side, almost to the point of being annoying- but idk. Its weird- usually when I get down, the first thing I do is stuff my face, but this time I have no compulsion to do that. I guess, that's the bright side.
Thanks to everyone for being so supportive. I will be back to myself again -hopefully sooner rather than later. thanks again.
