That puts it in perspective that I put myself behind by gaining. I will never be sad about a "zero" weight loss week again.     Don't be too hard on yourself @Laurie6578 just maintaining is sometimes the hardest thing to do...getting past plateaus are not easy, but you can do this! Just shake things up a little bit different this week to confuse your metabolism. Maybe it's a different exercise, a change in food, giving up a trigger food or something that you know you could do without. Whatever you choose--be kind to yourself

    TODAY I HAVE A FEW TIPS TO SHARE FOR YOUR JOURNEY...PLEASE SHARE YOUR OWN IF YOU HAVE SOME THAT HAVE BEEN WORKING FOR YOU... Often a busy lifestyle schedule during the day can preclude us from good eating practices and missing or neglecting both of these meals can plummet your metabolism in a NY minute! Your Mama wasn't joking when she said, "Eat your breakfast!" and "Eat your Vegetables!"

    TIP 1. NEVER SKIP BREAKFAST AND EAT EVERY 2-3 HOURS! To keep the (fire burning) and your metabolism revved up try eating at least every 2-3 hours. (Breakfast, am snack, Lunch, pm snack, Dinner).

    TIP 3. EASE UP ON HIGH CARBS, REFINED SUGARS, FLOURS AND HIGH SUGARY DRINKS!

    TIP 4. ENTER IN LEAN PROTEIN AND LOTS MORE VEGETABLES!

    TIP 5. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER!

    TIP 6. TRACK EVERYTHING ON YOUR MYFITNESSPAL JOURNAL!

    TIP 7. MOVE MORE AND MORE. Maybe it's just a walk around the block or chair aerobics, and every week challenge yourself to move just a little more than before.
