Looking at my progress this challenge the saying comes to mind "don't be upset by the results you didn't get, by the work you didn't do". I've been eating out, drinking on the weekends and snacking on high calorie foods and am seeing the result of that. Would really like to get my head back in the game so I can kick this last 10lb.
I've upped my strength work this week (and my biscuit/chocolate intake) and it's TTOM so the gain was expected.

TOM has come to bug me. I also had a major overage on Saturday - didn't even bother to try to track calories because it was so bad Of course, it's due to the stupid hormones, but still. I really need to step up my game if I want to fit into the dress I want to wear to the wedding, otherwise I'll look like in the words of Steel Magnolias "two pigs fighting under a blanket". 1 lb in a month is not going to cut it.3 -
This week has been a challenge. I am so hungry -actually, its probably boredom- not hunger. I guess I used to fill my spare time stuffing my face. have been trying to go for a walk when I get that feeling.
I did go to the doctor and my cholesterol is 178 - down from 223 in March. HDL high and LDL low - so,that makes me happy. I haven't been losing as much as I would have thought I lost by now, so, my goal to get to 180 for the challenge is fading because of reality. I'll just have to be happy to get to 190.
