last week I did great. I thought I was going to be posting a more significant loss, but, the weekend of family visiting, birthday parties and eating out - did me in -BUT I am victorious with a small loss. still moving in the right direction. I will crush it this week. I did reach another mini milestone- 30 pounds down from when I first started in March. yay me!

I was on a overseas trip to the states. I fasted for about 28 hours before starting my trip. It wasn't that hard and seemed really help. I'm just back today and I didn't put the same effort into comming home and I feel too tried.
In the US I didn't really try to diet. It just took too much effort to even eat sort of healthy and wow it is sure expensive eating out in the US! Losing 400 grams is good enough for two weeks.
