If you eat any type of sweets your body will crave more and some of those powdered sweeteners have maltodextrin in them...but congrats on your progress and welcome back to the good life lol

I keep a few things on hand. organic heavy whipping cream,pure liquid stevia, GOOD peanut butter (just nuts and sea salt) and 100% cocao dark chocolate(bakers) to whip up a quick fix. Just dont do too much...your body will use that fat instead of your own fat

I'm doing the primal blueprint which is pretty much rhetoric same...I think. I've got 2 weeks in and it's going pretty good.

I've get sugar free vanilla from Starbucks then I started making it at home using sugar free italian sweetcream. My nutritionist got me putting a scoop of protein in it now because I like to hit the gym in the mornin...it's a little bit chalky but it taste good

I love hot yoga. I've only done it a hand full of times. I went to bikrams twice and it seemed boring...which is odd because it's yoga lol. I think the people just seemed really stuffy.the instructors and people at seven hot yoga was really cool and it would change up

Hi. Maybe your body is used to that work out. Maybe you can switch it up and do a little more. I'm an electrician that's up n down 8 n 10 ft ladders all day long most people would lose a ton of weight doing it , but I'm used to it. Don't feel bad just step it up.
