Have you been logging, or just eating healthy? Because weight loss is about calorie deficit -- and eating healthy alone does not get you a calorie deficit.
And if you've been logging, have you been weighing all your solid foods? Being careful which database entries you choose?

If you have been logging, and are willing to make your diary public, you'll get more specific help.0 -

This. Not enough information to really give you any help.0 -
Hi. Maybe your body is used to that work out. Maybe you can switch it up and do a little more. I'm an electrician that's up n down 8 n 10 ft ladders all day long most people would lose a ton of weight doing it , but I'm used to it. Don't feel bad just step it up.0

Read the sexy pants thread and check that you have the math correct and that you are doing the right things in terms of basics i.e logging and weighing your food, setting your deficit correctly. You really provide very little information and that makes it very difficult to give you a decent answer.0

It is all about the actual nutrition that is in your food, even what most consider healthy is nutrient deficient. I have learned that although we have been taught that it is all about counting calories it isn't always the case. For me it certainly is not! I am happy to say that with the correct and best nutrition out there, in the last 11 days I am down almost 8 pounds and for those that think I am losing muscle mass, I have not. I am also down over 20 inches including 1.25" in my waist and 1.75" on my hips as well as more a half inch on each thigh. But the best part is the energy and feeling better in general. I have taught myself to change up my own recipes as well to make them healthier. Can I just say I LOVE what I have learned and am happy to share how to have better health. Have a great day! :-)0
