  • From what I understand your weight can fluctuate during the day from things like water retention, excess salt intake, or hormone changes. Your weight in the morning may not be the same that night, let alone the next day.
  • My trainers always told me that cardio can be done everyday but your strength exercises should be every other day. It gives your muscles a day to repair themselves.
