Due to the nature of my job its not uncommon for me to eat out 3 days or more a week. I try to stick to restaraunts I know are safe. I don't but I know when I'm cooking I overestimate my rice on purpose and same goes for most of what I'm cooking. Better to record more than less.

Okay, maybe 2000 calories is a good goal then. MFP had suggested 2300, but that didn't seem much different than what I was eating before, and I wasn't losing any weight like that. I was stuck at 225 for the last 3 months. So I guess 2000 with exercise should put me at my desired 2 lbs per week loss.
