Ya I mean sometimes it just takes a bit for weightless to start. I would also try eating more protein in the morning and less sugar overall. Try being satisfied by sugars that are in fruits! Also are you drinking plenty of water?

I don't know if this is any help, but anorexia doesn't typically occur just form losing a little weight, liking the results and continuing, it's an incredibly deep-seeded issue with a multitude of emotional and psychological components. Developing it doesn't happen overnight nor does it happen with an aware mind. Celebrate…

SUN WARRIOR! It's the best way to go. EVER.

I've heard that often craving sugar indicates a need for more protein! This works for me at least, if I am craving something sweet I try having some walnuts, almonds or a little tuna and crackers :) If you are still craving something sweet try a high protein yet sweet combo like yogurt or dark chocolate covered nuts.

I love sun warrior! It's one of the few protein powders I've found that isn't scarily processed and synthetic-y. My favorite smoothie recipe is: 1 frozen banana 1 handful of almonds 1c chocolate hemp milk (unsweetened if possible) 1 scoop of sun warrior .25 c cacao nibs sprinkle of cinnamon ice - if it's hot out :) little…

Ya not to keep affirming this but totally spot on - from what I've learned at least. This is a great resource: https://www.health.ny.gov/diseases/conditions/osteoporosis/calcium_supplements.htm Also don't forget you can check your calcium levels in your report, definitely reference that if you decide to take a supplement…

Warm water with lemon every morning, acidophilus and evening primrose oil. That does the trick for me!

I've been vegetarian for almost 8 years and I have a gluten and dairy allergy - so my diet is pretty restricted as is. When I started working out more regularly and really focusing on my macronutrient balance a few months ago I elected to eat fish about once a week. I would HIGHLY suggest that. Other than that, I eat 2…

I have a lot of food allergies and bloating often comes with this. So I have a few solutions that really help. First, make sure you have the tools to maintain a healthy gut for healthy movements. I do this by taking probiotics and eating high fiber foods like chia seeds. I love this little product called "Chia Squeeze"…

I like Siggi's brand yogurt because it's super low in sugar. The orange ginger one is so tasty.

Well just to shake things up I'm 5'10" and 125. I am very small-boned, obviously I'm not trying to lose weight, just build more muscle. But I guess it just goes to show that different frames look different ways! By no means so I look super thin or anything.
