I was having scheduled mealtimes, however now I just eat when I'm hungry. I do try not to eat too late. More natural if you listen to your body I think. It's whatever suits you, in my opinion.

It's against the law in UK to publicly humiliate someone under harrassment and bullying laws. Depends where you are. Specifically if she's talking about work you might want to notify the firms hr dept if there is one - she's on seriously dodgy ground if she's mentioned the company she works for.. brand image and all that.

I always work up a sweat when I'm cleaning (because I don't particularly enjoy it I rush to get it done) - makes the sitting down afterwards that much more special!. However I don't log it here as exercise, I think that's a bit of a cop-out to making time for real structured exercise.

Yeah it's called "clean" or aka "paleolithic" - the latest thing. General rule is not to eat anything you can't catch, grow, or pick. And no food with more than five ingredients on packet. The best advice I've seen on here is this: "If you are hungry, eat. If you're not, don't" I wouldn't plan the food on my exercise days, I just eat when I'm hungry. I don't see exercise as there so I can eat extra (don't need help there thanks) but rather, lose more - that's your goal right?

I think fessing up to yourself is quite a good idea. I put on 9lbs since April as I've been working from home and rattling around the house eating and drinking. I wouldn't record the daily fluctuations though.

I was going to say... I had IUD for a couple of years and the worst periods I've ever had in my life, just crippling. Don't do it :) Never had problems with weight gain on the pill, but I was young, poor and non-sedentary I suppose! These days I leave it to HIM. (when there is a HIM) :) Let us know what doc says.

Oh, re: The Elimination Diet I've just done a review of the supplements I take (to make sure I need to be taking them) and some of them in excess can mess up your thyroid and result in weight gain (iodine intake).
