260 down from 330. It doesn't bother me to tell people, they act so surprised when I tell them how much weight I've lost, and can't believe how heavy I actually was.

I went from 330 to 250. I am 6-4 and have an athletic/muscular build from my time in the Army. I thought I was in a reasonable shape considering the progress I've made, but "How much more do you have to lose?" was not very welcomed.

I like a single serving of oatmeal. It is only 100 calories and holds me over until my mid-morning break/snack. On the weekends, after I exercise, I like a bagel-thin (100) with an egg (70) no fat cheese slice (30) and SOMETIMES ONE piece of Thick Cut bacon (80) as a treat.
