I use dried beans because of the sodium in canned beans. I've never tried cooking than in the oven. So you don't have to soak then overnight? Have you ever freezed thir extra cooked beans?

You could also put your Fitbit on your shoe. I use to strap mine into the laces. They also have a new Fitbit that tracks your heart rate. I just upgraded mine and feel I get a better picture of my overall activity.

I did a strong work out yesterday and stayed with in my calorie goals. I got a new Fitbit with a heart rate monitor, which has been great. I get a better idea of how hard I'm working with the HR monitor. I hope everyone has a good Tuesday. Remember to track it all!

I'm IN. I'm 250.2 as of today and my goal is to have less fat. I'm 40 years old, 5'4, and have 100lbs to go. It's a lot of weight to thinking about so that is why I tell myself my goal is to have less fat.

So far so good. Just taking one day at a time. It's kinda nice because everyone around me is on a health kick with NY resolutions and what not. I got a Fitbit over the weekend. So far I like it. I am also doing a challenge through Dietbet that has the oppurtunity to win money.

What about most days logging food and exercisie. That is something I struggle with.

Right now I'm still focusing on getting through December by journaling every day and going to the gym 4 days a week, which I just started last week. Some say it can take three weeks for a habit to become a habit. I would love to lose 10lbs by the end of January and work in strength training at least twice a week.
