I don't have any helpful suggestions because cereal is a huge problem food for me too. It's one thing that find impossible to stop eating once I start.

6week6pack is great- it really tones the abs and works the core. But you will need to do a fair bit of extra cardio with it if you want to burn fat as it is not a huge calorie torcher, but it has given me the best abs of my life! Good luck with whatever you choose!

I'm about 2 weeks into Level 1 and loving it. Already seeing results. I'll decide at the end of the weekend whether to do another week of level 1 or move to Level 2. A bit scared of Level 2....

I don't mind the taste of them, but I do find that they make me really bloated afterwards, for a few hours. Does anyone else find that?

I did it in about 33 days (so 3 days off throughout the whole program) and I did it while going to the gym 4 /5 times a week. I just tried to have at least an hour between finishing at the gym and doing the shred. it was pretty tough going though!

I actually had a "whoosh" the other night! After gaining and losing the same 1.5kg for the last month, I woke up 3 times during the night to pee (there is no way I drank enough that day for that to be justified. And the next morning I was 1.5 kg lighter and my squishy fat was less. It's very weird but it appears to be true!

I find that they make me very bloated and give me stomach cramps- but having said that I do still eat them instead of pasta sometimes! Just don't eat them before going out for the evening!

Thanks so much for all your replies, based on what you have all said I will do 30 day Shred first. If I do it 3 days a week when I am not working out at the gym it will take me a few months to work through, then I can always try Killer Buns and Thighs after that. Thanks again for your help.
