30DS or Killer Buns and Thighs?
Hi everyone, I was wondering if I could get some advice from those of you who have done both these DVDs? I have been doing NMTZ for the last 6 weeks 3 x a week (after an hour long walk with my dog) and working out at the gym (40 mins cardio/40 mins strength) 3 days a week as well (for the 10 months). I am close to my goal…
