30DS or Killer Buns and Thighs?

Hi everyone, I was wondering if I could get some advice from those of you who have done both these DVDs? I have been doing NMTZ for the last 6 weeks 3 x a week (after an hour long walk with my dog) and working out at the gym (40 mins cardio/40 mins strength) 3 days a week as well (for the 10 months). I am close to my goal weight and am getting good results from my program but want to change it up a bit at the beginning of Feb. I was thinking of swapping NMTZ for KIller Buns and Thighs, (as that's the area I need to work on). Have any of you had good results from this DVD? I own 30DS but haven't done it, and I am not sure whether it would be a drop in intensity after doing NMTZ. I can't do either of them every day as I wont have time to do it on my gym days, and I force myself to have one total rest day per week.
Thanks a lot for your help!

I have both dvds---but I prefer 30DS. I am at a healthy weight, but I still find 30 DS challenging (I have NMTZ as well). If you find 30 DS too easy, then do all 3 levels back to back (or 2 levels back to back). If that still isn't hard enough for you, then you can up the size of your dumbbells on each level. Instead of 3 or 5 lb dumbells, use 5 and 8 lb dumbbells. That's 1 thing I love about the 30 DS---it's so versatile and it is so easy to make the workout more challenging...0

I would recommend trying 30DS since you already have it, before you buy something else. It is a good workout and I think that you might find that all of the lunges and squats might work those buns and thighs pretty well. :] The suggestions from the previous poster about using heavier weights and doing multiple levels back to back are great. That would definitely be a way to make it more intense. I know that after the 25 minutes it takes to do one of them i'm ready to be done! haha. good luck!0

30 DS is more all over workout. Killer Buns and Thighs works mostly those two mentioned areas. It would be wise to rotate your videos after getting a feel for 30 day shred. They are all very different and will keep your body on its toes. I just did NMTZ tonight after doing various other Jillian Michaels workouts for months and it still gave me a great workout. I made the mistake of thinking I "outgrew' that one. Go JILLIAN!0

Thanks so much for all your replies, based on what you have all said I will do 30 day Shred first. If I do it 3 days a week when I am not working out at the gym it will take me a few months to work through, then I can always try Killer Buns and Thighs after that. Thanks again for your help.0

I did the 30 Day Shred first and was very happy with it since I lost weight easily. And just yesterday I started the Killer Buns & Thighs workout because I really need some help on losing fat in my thighs, calfs and also toning my bum.0
