I eat Subway all the time, atleast twice a week. I get a turkey on wheat with cheddar and light mayo or the oven roasted chicken breast on wheat with cheddar and light ranch. Tasty and still keeps me at my deficit.

Eh. I don't eat them for their nutritional value, and wasn't under any impression that I was. I eat them because they taste good.

I wouldn't say I get made fun of necessarily, but some people can be annoying, especially at work. Like if someone's brought donuts to the breakroom, someone will always be like "You know you want one...", in a teasing manner. I laugh, but it drives me crazy, because I really, really don't want your stupid donuts,…

I was never a skinny person (averaged about 160 at 5"6) due to unhealthy eating habits and and general laziness. I didn't really start gaining more weight until I met my husband. We both gained about 15 lbs in a year. Gained 5 more after I had my daughter, which left me at 180. Being a new tired mom and not wanting to cook…

I had them the other day, they are GROSS and I was pissed I wasted calories on them. Just McNuggets for me from now on.

I don't care about counting carbs. I love carbs and eat them everyday, and I continue to lose weight. I will maybe consider limiting my carbs if I hit a serious plateau, but I'm not going to deprive myself from the foods I love if simply eating a calorie deficit works for me.

I feel like I am "supposed" to be around 150. IDK why, but I can't picture myself as any smaller than this and I feel like my body won't let me be. I am 148 now, and have been for about 2 weeks. I was around 155 in high school and was 180 at my highest 4 months ago. I want to be 135. I hope it's all in my head and that I…

I believe it's a psychological addiction, just like sex and smoking pot. Your body may not literally be chemically addicted to it but you can't escape the compulsion to find that euphoric feeling it brings you. I have never considered myself addicted to food, but I was definitely a compulsive over-eater. I think people…

My aunt lost 100 + lbs doing WW. I almost signed up before I discovered MFP, but I'm so glad I didn't. Nothing against WW, I'm sure it DOES work for most people, but MFP is FREE! And even if it wasn't, calorie counting is FREE! There's no sense in paying for something you could do yourself. It's the same with things like…

One of the main reasons I didn't want to work out for YEARS was because I didn't want to sweat my hair out. So embarrassing!

Tilapia and chicken breast. My go to meats.

I also stopped counting calories and have had continued success, and am now down 31 lbs in 3 months. It was great at first and I'm so glad I discovered the concept of a calorie deficit, but I became way to obsessed with tracking every last bit of food I consumed. It didn't feel healthy to me, and I am rearranging my…

I don't count the calories of my cheat meal, that's the whole point! I'd rather not know. It's never anything outrageous, usually just some chicken strips and fries or steak with mash potatoes and gravy.
-
I used to eat whole footlong Subway sandwiches, too. I still eat Subway, just 6" and it's more than enough! I was more concerned about passing up a great deal than overindulging.
-
Like others, I'm more so shocked at my portions and how often I used to have them. My biggest vice was having at least four 32 oz fountain drinks from my local convenience store every. single. day. One in the morning, one at lunch, one on the way home, one before dinner. So many extra, empty calories! I also can't believe…

I don't disagree with #2, #5, or #6. The only one that's off putting is number #4 saying crawling and puking is acceptable. What. I actually love #5 and think this blogger totally missed the point. They're not "skinny", they are fit. There is a difference, IMO. I think "Don't Stop Until You're Proud" is a great motto, as…

This happens to me after I eat big meals, whether they are high in sodium or not. At the same time, right after a work out, my belly looks so flat and I feel and look so skinny. Don't worry about it. It's not real.

Nearly 30 lbs loss for me and I have yet to hit a serious plateau. I was stuck at 162 for like a week and a half, but I don't really consider that one.
-
I lost 6 lbs the first week. I was so excited. Just don't get bummed out when you step on the scale next week and only see a 1 lbs difference or worse, no difference at all. My only other big loss was 4 lbs in a week here recently. Congrats and keep it up!

I don't eat clean if my understanding of that definition is correct (nothing processed, everything "fresh", "whole"), but I eat healthy/low cal. Pretty much everything in my house is the low calorie/light counterpart. I do have a cheat meal about once a week and if I have room for a cookie in my calories for the day, yep,…

Yes, you overdid it. Your weight loss journey is ruined!

Cheating is not counting my calories or actually, not giving a f--- if I go over my calories. That's the point, though. I do it on purpose. I like at least one a day a week to just relax and enjoy some bad food. Even then, I don't binge or go extremely overboard. Usually one bad meal, like some Chinese or a huge platter at…

Oi, staying on topic: I don't make it a habit to eat back my exercise calories. I only do it if I want to. I'm not eating when I'm not hungry. That's what got me into this situation in the first place. Besides, I don't always trust the caloric calculations or the amount of calories I supposedly burn by doing my exercises.…

I eat them all the time and I am losing weight. I love the Lean Cuisine chipotle spring rolls. Good God, they are so yummy. Only 200 calories. Yes, the sodium in those things are ridiculous and terrifying, but they are good in a bind every once in a while. Only problem is some meals, particularly the pastas, leaving me…

Restaurant days are my cheat days so I eat whatever I want. I just don't eat as much as I used to. It's kind of crazy looking back, knowing that I could scarf down three huge chicken strips, four fried butterfly shrimp, with fries and baked potato on the side like it was nothing. Now, if I get that meal, I'll eat one and…

I've been running to Ellie Goulding.

I tried that wrap not too long ago and it didn't do a damn thing for me. Waste of $25 bucks. Apparently, it worked for some other girls I work with who saw a difference, but the results are not even permanent if it does happen to work for you, and you have to keep wrapping yourself to maintain it. What the hell is the…
