  • From Perth here There are a lot of foods that are there .... and if something is simular i usually just check that the calories are approx correct and use a product that is the same but a different brand - but I tend to be a creature of habbit so once you add a new food you can use it over and over :) Welcome and good luck

  • look for something with a tomato base not a yogurt or creamy sauce try vegetarian or seafood and halve your rice portion
  • you can tone them of course but you cant choose where you loose - take comfort that its the healthiest place to carry any extra weight and that you will live longer than those with weight higher up !!!
  • Try and think of it this way ... if there is still the smell of laundry product in your washing - it hasnt rinsed out very well and that means its prob not really as clean as your clothes that get washed and rinsed so well there is nothing sticking behind to smell
  • i do the same - cans of soup or lean cuisine or simular - easy to portion control and have soemthing hot for lunch - means i can leave the adding and dividing calories for home
  • Remember that MFP uses your weight to calucuate the amount of calories - if your not entering that into the machines at the gym then it will be different.
  • Thanks - I called them and they were happy to make an appointment for me, they told me to make sure i drank plenty as usual and got my hydration up, as most problems come from lack of hydration, but as long as i am eating healthy they are happy :) so going in tomorrow .... will advise the outcome

  • my trainer actually advised me to work out my calories on a weekly basis not a daily one - so the ups and downs of a single meal or a treat are more easily accounted for with out going over
  • I know not everyone can afford it but i really recommend getting a trainer - they can program something that will push you a little and teach you to use more than just the treadmill
