Been there, done that. My therapist said that i do great just doing that i could do sets or add resistance by bands/weights to make it harder for me but since i did that i ended up doing 25+ sets which takes me about an hour + during winter when i add 30 minutes of cardio to keep my activity level up it takes even longer.…
