I guess I'm the only one left in the thread, but I just finished week two! It's getting a lot easier, except for yesterday when I tried to do Pure Cardio after eating a big lunch. That was a tough workout. I haven't lost any weight yet but I've gotten a few compliments that I'm looking better.

I do pretty much the same thing. I work out every morning as soon as I wake up. If I'm not feeling motivated, I work out anyways. Now that it's become a habit I don't worry about if I "feel like" working out, I just do it. If I'm feeling super lazy I'll tell myself I just have to put on my workout clothes and push play. Of…

I do them barefoot on carpeting too and haven't had a problem. Although, I stopped doing the sprint/hurdle jumps at the end and just did tiny hops because my knees started to feel like they had had enough.

Just finished my first workout after the fit test. It was hard and I had to take a lot of breaks, but it wasn't as scary as I thought it would be. How's everyone else doing?
