The reason I ask is because I might have to take a week or two off from working out and im paranoid that im gonna gain weight :(

Ok I love everything that she stands for and what she sticks up for..but im so sick of her lol

I have posted a few topics about this as well lol and what ive been told is that pasta doubles when you cook it. So for example 1/2 cup dry comes out to 1 cup cooked.

I crave fried food. so im pretty much screwed. lol

I think that maybe I did just pull something..but im still going to go just to be safe. I dont really no how much more a primary doctor can do though.

It changes. Like this morning it was my whole chest, but right now its the right side and a little of my arm. but before its been the left side.

I turned down chicken fingers and frech fries for lunch and went with my orig plan of a brought from home chicken sandwich

I dont have any kids yet but I used to have my belly button pierced when i was like 18 and took it out when i was like 20...and I still have the scar. Like it looks like the hole but I cant get anything in it...it sucks

I would want to get them done once I got to my goal weight but. A. I would be paranoid that my boyfriend would be like weireded out that I gave him pics of myself. I would feel weird lol And B. I would not be able to keep a straight face. lol id be giggly and uncomfortable

Ny nose hurts from blowing it all day, my ears feel like they need to pop, my eyes have felt like they've been poked and could water any miunute so i know the gym is probably going to suck right after work. oyeeee
