Im keeping that in mind. I'm hoping that if I do this for a while..that my stomach will just get used to it. Maybe i shouldnt have said starved because I am eating. just less than before

I used to belong to Planet fitness in my town. If you have a question about a machine JUST ASK silly. That's what they are there for. The thing about planet is that it's the"judge free zone" so no one will think a question is silly. You could always tell them about your health issues. They do have personal trainers…

Oh man I was on zoloft a few years ago for anxiety and ooooooo momma I gained weight like WHOA! I was hungry allllll the time( it makes you hungry allll the time) I would eat 2 dinners and then I didnt care that i was getting fat because the medicine made me not care!

I bought a pair of rollerblades in april(the ones from my kid years were a little beat up..but i did still fit in them lol) SOOO much fun. I wanna go to one of those roller rinks and be like *****es! whats up! lol

its so true! And I know at least for ME, i always make up excuses as to why I'll have this (type of greasy food) one last time. ughh. That is my real issue. I worry about what i can and cannot eat all day everyday

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. I will keep switching things up to see what works for me. MFP tells me to loose weight i need the 1200 calories but I've gone to other websites and they have calculated to MAINTAIN my current weight that i need like 1700. So I'm thinking that I'll eat every 2 hours and even if i go over…

what;'s your daily calorie goal though? I only get 1200 calories so thats why i feel like i kinda do have to starve myself
