I have the same problem of keeping in the target heart rate. I would try for maybe about 10 minutes to keep my heart rate down but then get bored. I usually end up being in the 80% range at the end of my workout.

I try to fit in 45 minutes to an hour of cardio 3 -4 times a week. I mix it up with walking on the treadmill, stairmaster, elliptical and rowing.

Lunch was provided to us today at work. I had 2 slices of combination pizza (about 600 calories i think).
