:) Not stupid at all! If you click on a person's username (it's in light blue on my computer), it will take you to a popup window. Click on the name again, and it gives you the option to "add friend" or "Send message". Click "add friend". It never hurts to add a little message explaining who you are and why you're…

Sounds like someone didn't actually read the thread? Anyway, way to go OP, it sounds like you're doing fantastic. I am similar to you, in that I like to have a drink or two each night. I stopped for a 30 day program earlier this year, with the hopes of becoming more "take it or leave it" when it comes to alcohol, and I…

Awesome work!

Is there room for one more? I'd love to participate!

I love camping! The wilder the better. And these pictures are telling me I need some photography lessons. They're beautiful!

I'd be in for this one!

Wow! Amazing progress. Nice work. :)

Home made banana muffin! Put me over the calories...but so, so worth it.

I've never done a challenge using my garmin. Sounds like fun!

With 15ish weeks to go, your baby will be developing rapidly and packing on his own pounds. You shouldn't be worried about loosing weight, rather you should be concerned about eating well and gaining steadily, getting fresh air, regular exercise and a reasonable night's sleep. *My* biggest concern is the comment about…

Funny, I *just* posted about getting more serious about food tracking this morning. I've been logging exercise for 70(ish) days, and I've lost a whopping 10 pounds, lol. I don't actually have any tricks yet...beyond knowing that I'm a boredom eater/drinker. I don't actually mind being a little hungry...but when I get…

40ish pounds to lose, and I love, love love running! Happy to friend anyone who loves to run! Good luck with your training!

I'm in for the weekend too. Just getting ready now. Hey, ho, Let's go!
-
Slow down. :) Really. There will be times that you feel like you're not running as fast as you walk: that's ok. It's also ok to repeat a week.

Wow! Nice work.

Morning Nocs! I'm reluctantly getting ready for work while the rest of the family gets cozy and winds down for the weekend. Poor me, lol.

My children have been forever scarred by my attempt at making "healthy waffles". Whole wheat flour, apple sauce and pumpkin to replace fats...everything about the recipe sounded like it should taste great...but they were awful. That was about 7 years ago, and they still bring up the "healthy waffles" when I try a new…

I do...I like tickers and countdowns for just about everything. Very satisfying to see the log counter in go up.

Fantastic work!

Hey Nocs! Glad to find this thread! I really struggle trying to to fit healthy living into the nightshift. Although admittedly, it's pretty satisfying when my fitbit clocks 10,000 steps at 4am, lol. Hope everyone has a great shift tonight! Anyone who needs overnight encouragement, please feel free to add me!

Wow! Nice work!

Got my C25k in today. :)

Oh I love my wine too! I'm almost to the end of a "30 Day Dry Spell", which I started for a couple of reasons: 1) to kick start my weight loss, and 2) to make I actually could go 30 days without. I don't plan on staying dry forever, but I'll be vigilant about tracking the calories when I do treat myself.

I'm in. My goal is to track my food religiously, and stay under my calorie goal each day. SW: 190 lbs CW: 183 lbs St. Patrick's Day Goal: 175 lbs.

Although I have an excellent sense of direction when on foot, give me a vehicle to drive and I'm sure to get lost. I've lived in this city for 5 years now. Today I turned onto a sideroad in order to get out from behind a snowplow, and ended up driving for almost 20 minutes before admitting to the kids that perhaps the…

I'm 42 and hoping to lose around 50# as well! Feel free to add me!

I'm not sure about a crisis...more like a mid-life wake up call, lol. Lots of work, but worth it in the long run. :)
