I did not feel anything here in southeast Virginia Beach, though from what I understand the residents at the north end of beach felt it and in neighboring cities and way up towards Richmond/DC area. What is your net calories after workouts? Is it possible you are eating too little?

One thing that may really help is try to get protein with every meal/snack. Aim for around 100 grams a day and see if your hunger doesn't feel a bit more in check.

I would, especially on your low days. M,W,F are my gym days (when I'm most likely to have my bigger burns) so any of those would be cool as far as doubles are concerned. Sundays tend to be more of a rest day or very light for me.
