(Warning: It's a T.O.M. question for you guys lurking :laugh: ) Ok, this is the thing: I take a mulitvitamin with iron and most days eat 2c of of dark leafy greens or fresh spinach for the extra iron... but I still feel sooo tired during T.O.M. I'd like to know for sure if the subway nutrition data on their site is meant to be the value for 1/2 or 6 inches of the flatbread sandwiches, or is the data somehow for the whole thing (which sounds too good to be true)? Thanks in advance for clarifying.:smile:
