  • Wow, thanks SO much!! :flowerforyou: I'm so excited to be doing this with all of you and look forward to an amazing month for all of us!! OK so let's see... I notice I have been eating LOTS of spinach and strawberries lately... So for the mini challenge: Eat no less than 4-5 servings/cups of veggies/fruit a day- every day.…
  • I'm back in too! April 1st SW: 266.2 May 1st GW: 256
  • March SW - 280lbs CW - 266.2lbs Loss 2.2lbs this week. Just wanted to say THANK YOU all for being there and supporting one another. I never knew I could lose such of an amount in one month eating real food and without crazy restrictive rules. In my last time at WW I sadly gave up because the scale would barely budge and…
  • Unfortunately you can't spot reduce as others have said, but I have found powerwalking where you twist at your waist while pumping your arms with your stride has seriously helped me. Mind you I'm much heavier, but I've already lost over 3inches on my hips this month and I can already see one less roll on my back :blushing:
  • It's been a while since I've had them or VitaminWater Zero which also has stevia in it, but I have found them to be pleasant tasting. In the Sobe I liked the FujiApple Pear and in the VitaminWater Zero the XXX acai-blueberry-pomegrante flavor. The only reason I don't drink them often is the price, but I wouldn't hesitate…
  • I got to test this out the other night-- I measured out 8oz dry angel hair pasta for my family of 4 and it was about 1c cooked per person. And BTW I found this link if it helps any on different kinds of pasta shapes.... http://www.ilovepasta.org/cooking.html
  • I am beautiful because I have a big heart, care deeply, and never will leave anyone behind. And you, Monkey, are most beautiful for creating this post.
  • Yes I do, out of concern if it's a daily tend. I've looked at diaries whose days totals (not net even) are below 1000 frequently. Maybe it can be something like, " I hope all is well, I've noticed you aren't eating that much..." Or more direct you can recommend something to eat to boost their day's calories to give it the…
  • Plan ahead first thing in the morning for the day or just enter it all end of the day if that works better. I know that I would not be losing like I am if I wasn't keeping track of what I am eating somehow. Good luck!! And know we are always here for you no matter you decide!
  • What an inspiration you are!! CONGRATS!
  • March SW - 280lbs CW - 268.4lbs Loss 1.2lbs this week. It's the TOM so I was hesitant about weighing in but I'm glad I did anyhow. Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend and keeps up the amazing work!!

  • I am not on a diet, but rather am changing my habits one by one for the better. Honestly, I refuse to diet any longer: Atkins X2, Carb Addicts, Weight Watcher X many times, Deal a Meal :blushing:, Slim Fast, 3 Day Diet, Cabbage Soup Diet:sick:, Michael Thurmond's 6 Week Body Makeover, Volumetrics, not mention taking Alli,…
  • I looove Kellogg's FiberPlus Antioxidants Berry Yogurt Crunch! One cup has 10 grams of fiber, about 40% of you daily needs. Also the Kashi Go Lean Crunch is another one that's high in fiber and tastes great. In fact, after this post I think I'm going to go have bowl of cereal for breakfast.
  • You look great!
  • 1/2 way weigh-in... March SW - 280lbs CW - 269.6lbs 3lb loss this week This week I've definitely been getting the water in with being out doors a lot and I think it's really helped. My minutes for exercise are 520 but please know 240 of that has been doing the flower beds and reshaping the landscaping:flowerforyou: I hope…
  • Those are great rewards to look forward to! And you are already well on your way!
  • Isn't it yummy?! I use a melon ball scooper to take out the core of the apple and then place the peanut butter in the well. I need to try it melted with slices- that sounds delish!
  • missb92 When I checked yesterday I hadn't much of any loss just yet this week, but i'm optimistic as these things sometimes take a while to reflect in the scale  I've been working in my water MUCH better this week, by starting with 32oz in the morning hours, which actually does make you feel SO much better through…
  • Spring sandals are around the corner... how about a pedicure? And maybe a cute new pair of shoes to show off those tootsies:smile:
  • How FANTASTIC!!!
  • When I found a bunch of Weight Watcher journals in the closet and noticed every. single. time. I gave up I gained 15+ lbs than the journal before. I am right now at the weight I was in an August 2005 journal!! Who knew the next year I would weigh 322 after giving birth to my 2nd child and then for years fight just to stay…

  • Welcome Sandy! I'm Tabby, 34, mom of 2, and I've started with over a 100lbs to lose as well. The 5 weeks I've been here has been fantastic and I can honestly say with the support of my MFP friends I really feel like I can and will see this through! As for some of your questions I would tell you never skips meals--…
  • Most mornings I'll have a 100 cal pk of almonds first thing before I workout or even have a cup of coffee or tea for that matter. I don't always wake up feeling like eating but I know if I didn't do this I wouldn't work out my best and my blood sugar might get too low.
