I'm pleasantly surprised that my weight went down this week. Yay! This has actually motivated me on a couple of days to get up and exercise :)

I have to say that I was very surprised by the Leslie Sansone 2 mile walk video on You Tube. I used it this morning and burned 216 calories in 32 minutes. I didn't think that I would be able to get that much of a burn with the video!

I have also struggled to decide if I should add it or not. I also struggle with outdoor lawncare too. I am thinking that I may use my HRM sometime soon to see what the actual calorie burn is on housework. I think I would tend to error on the side of not counting it without knowing since when I log cardio exercise MFP…

I also have a Polar FT4. It is incredibly comfortable and I would forget that it is on if it weren't for the watch.

Exactly this! Continue exercising as you have been and add approximately 300 calories per day. Congrats :)

Polar FT4 is great! It has a chest strap and gets good reviews.

I don't know that I would do much of anything except be more mindful of what you are eating. I noticed a dramatic reduction of milk supply when I purposely tried to reduce my calories while breastfeeding. I had to wait until I was ready to reduce my supply to specifically work on losing the weight.
