I have ibs and i stay away from gluten, grains, and legumes. It helps but doesn't make it go away entirely. It depends what kind of ibs you are dealing with. I have a problem with trapped gas, severe bloating and pain.

You can look it up on a search but it's basically fruits, vegtables, meats(grass feed), nuts and seeds. no dairy, legumes, and grains. It's very involved. i know people who have tried it. Hope that helps.
