I am retracting half of my totally agree. I do a detox three times a year but it isn't a normal detox and you can accomplish the same thing over time by eating raw. Doesn't sound like your ready to go hard core healthy yet so just start making better choices and have small cheats now and then.

TOTALLY agree! Whatever you can handle raw DO IT! Sprouted grain breads are great for cutting out bread products and are actually not that bad in the flavor department.

You cannot spot reduce but you can spot firm. If you can invest in a work out ball it will allow you to strengthen your core with little strain on your back. I will probably be shunned for saying this but kind of getting sick of the rule books! I have been under my calorie goals every day before exercise and I am not freaking hungry so I am not going to eat the extra 755 calories I gained. I am not sure if that is good advise but that's what I'm doing!

I can see a difference but you look like you don't have tons to lose so a thirty day shred may not make a huge difference. The closer you get or the less you have to lose the slower it's going to come off. If it makes you feel any better, been there before!
