I recommend Zumba any chance I get : ) Its a great workout and so much fun!!! I do it 5x a week twice a day and you burn some calories !!!!!

:bigsmile: I got Exhilarate as few weeks ago and its fantastic, much more of a work out the the original Zumba! I have lost 48lb using Zumba and tons of inches. You will enjoy and it will give you great results, stick with it!!!

Hi Kate : ) One big thing I took out of my life completely was soda, same as you it was comfort but I was drinking a 2liter a day. My daughter calls it liquid Satan cause it was my biggest weight gain aid and it was so addicting. I mostly drink water or have soy chocolate milk. Another thing that is good for a sweet tooth…

I have been doing Zumba for 2 months, lost 40 lbs and over 10" in just my hips...I moved on to the Exhilarate Zumba and what a work out!!! If you are doing it, keep it going...it pays off : )

Though most of my MFPers are great I would have to WinKitty...she never stops making you feel good about who you are and always encouraging you to do your best....She rocks and I think she's the best!!!! Rock on and keep making the noise WinKitty!!!!!

I have lost 33 lbs and so far no one has noticed...its crazy!!! I feel that when I get down 50lbs maybe it will be more noticeable. But hey I am glad to see the scale go down and I am sure you are too!!! I think it matters more when you feel the difference, sometimes people just dont notice things. Keep up the great…

Zumba is my life, lol!!!! I do it 6 days a week and I have lost inches and the burn is great! I couldn't dance my way out of a paper bag so I am sure you would do great !!!

I love me some Zumba too!!! I have the cd's and the weights at home and its a great work out! There are a couple of workouts and a live workout on there :bigsmile:

I use the Dance, Ballroom, Fast in the exercise log, that should help you...love me some Zumba!!!
