I think cheat days are ok as long as you don't do it everyday and you don't go way overboard. Sometimes it's impossible NOT to cheat when you are at a party or picnic or something like that, for me anyway. :)

It's ok. It's called life. You have to live. I don't think it's realistic to think that I'll never eat anything "bad" ever again as long as I live..at least that's what I tell myself. : ) As long as you don't do it every day, once in a while shouldn't hurt!
