You look amazing! Well done. :-D

I have every faith that you will do it too. Stick with it - log everything, just because you don't log it doesn't mean you haven't had it! Drink loads of water - you'll be surprised at how quickly you will start to enjoy it - make an effort to do some exercise over and above what you do today - walk Lexi for a bit longer…

I'm always looking for support and motivation!

Thanks! My lingerie is from Ann Summers  You are also doing great - nearly a stone lost - Well done

I'm 5.3 - thanks for reading my journey You are doing so well yourself and must be proud of what you have already achieved. I have the same motivation of being healthier for my children and setting a good example for as they grow up.

WOW!!! you have done so well! Congratulations

I think that you are doing great - slow weight loss is better than it coming off too quickly. I would encourage you to eat more for breakfast - your breakfast will kick start your metabolism  Keep going

Thanks everyone for the reassurance that I'm not alone!!! I have pushed myself harder the last 2 days as it has made me realise that I still have a way to go. It has been nice not having to hold my jeans as I pick up one of the kids and actually undo them to go to the toilet! LOL! We done to everyone's weight loss :-D

I always ask myself what I want more... the food item I'm looking at or a slimmer body. The slimmer body is working :-) Part of it will be routine too - I'm now in a better routine where I don't eat crisps, chocolate and cake! Good luck on your journey

Hi, Welcome to MFP! There really is a great support network on here - I find it very encouraging every day reading peoples success stories, and having my friends comment on the exercise that I do. I started out at 212 and haven't yet set a goal weight, I'm just taking it one pound at a time at the moment and as long as…

I'd looked into it before I joined on here and it wasn't for me. I don't see the point in converting calories into points - you might as well just count the calories! I wasn't going to change to all the branded food types but using them would make the point counting plenty easier. Good luck with which ever you choose :-)

I use Zumba too and it's so much fun!

Thanks!! And good luck with the 10K!

He is gorgeous! Welcome - I am the same too - I have always been over weight and after having my last child have decided to do something seriously about it! My eldest girl is 9 in a week, my boy is 7 and our little girl is 16 months. Feel free to add me as a friend so that we can support each other. Good Luck :-)

Hey cool808. It can be very frustrating when you are doing all the right things and getting no where - the great thing is your asking for ideas and not giving up - Well Done! My suggestion is to change the food items you are eating and see if that helps..? I of course don't know what you are eating as I can't see your food…

I have Zumba for the WII and its AWESOME!!!! So much fun and better than just dance as you do have to move your whole body to get it right. There are loads of different workouts on there from beginner to expert. I do the 20 minute workout each day and it's really working for me :-)

Thanks everyone - I'm finding reading the success stories very motivating!

I have been weighing myself every other week and taking my measurements in the weeks in-between. I find that really works for me as I have something to look forward to each week whether it's weight or inch lost :-)
