Thanks for adding me. I have been so complacent. It's so easy to just sit around and eat. I hope I have the focus and dedication this time to actually lose weight and keep it off! My problem isn't losing. It's keeping it off for more than a month. I have an eating and laying around PROBLEM!

As long as you recognize what behaviors or eating habits that you have that are bad, you are in a very good position to change them! Don't beat yourself up about a bad meal or day. Don't even wait until the next day to start over. Go ahead and remedy it at your next meal. Good not going over your calories!

I changed my diet entirely. No refined sugar. No bread. No pasta. Just no complex carbs in general. I weigh every single day to see what it's done. I've lost a lb a day for the past 6 days!

I work two jobs and on Monday-Thursday I usually leave my house at 7:30 A.M. come home at 4:30 to let my dog out, then leave again and work until 9:45 P.M. or so.
