I am not New to the site but I am ready to start over I had list weight previously but then gained it all back after giving birth to my son. I plan on reaching my goal this time which is to lose about 70lbs, but lime you said one-day at a time. I am looking to give and receive encouragement so LETS DO THIS. :)

I don't go to the gym at all I use workout videos in my home and they are amazing. I use 10 Minute Trainer, Zumba, and Walk Away the Pounds and I get a great workout from them all. Zumba is actually my favorite because of the music and the great dance moves.

Yeah the babysitter idea sounds good also maybe you could buy the ZUMBA DVD and workout at home. Maybe the babysitter could care for the baby while you workout. :)

Zumba is great I have it on DVD, it came with a set of toning sticks. I haven't been using it long enough to see toning, but I feel it and it's a great workout. :)

Tony Horton has a line of videos called 10 minute trainer. The videos have cardio, core cardio, lower body, abs, yoga and other workouts, each workout lasts for 10 minutes I have been using them and they are very good, they really give you a good workout in 10 minutes. Good luck finding the right video. :)
