Hello, my name is Robin and I am new to My Fitness Pal. Today is Monday, April 18 and before I even knew about this site, I had decided to go a detoxification and begin with a healthier eating regimen once I am done with detoxing. Today is the first day of my detox regimen.

Also, I am not quite sure yet how to accept/confirm friends, so please bear with me if I don't respond to friend requests right away, I'm still learning.
