I agree I overpronate and was injury free until I tried to change the way I run. A decent pair of trainers will help. Could you be to a running shop and have a gait analysis. They will pint you in the right direction.

I run loads of different routes, mainly in the countryside and off road. I might set myself a two week challenge to do it everyday...gosh I'm going to be sore.
