im sorry you are feeling so down about everything, do you log your meals and exercise on here? i find that writing down what i eat and drink as well as my exercise is a great motivator. Ive just completed my first week of the 5:2 diet. maybe try a protein or fat based snack (like raw almonds). Almonds and green tea have seen me through the hunger/snack/hunger periods.
