Luv reading these. Very inspiring. I had and NSV of my own this morning. When I started the journey in Jan, I was sucking in to get my belt into the 1st notch. Well today, I put the bad boy on and easily went to last notch. Big smiles today. Still bit more work to do but the light at the end is getting brighter…

Thank you for sharing your journey. Having known ladies close to me deal with some very similar circumstances, I know there are more out there. Hopefully they can see this as support and there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Bravo. Be proud.

Slow and steady always wins. Are you tracking your measurements? Scale never tells the full story. Keep working and you will get to your goal.

Absolutely Correct. That "dieting" mentality and "cheat" meal is what keeps the yoyo weight, health going. It is definitely a lifestyle change that makes this process a success. For me I tell myself I have to "BURN to EARN" If I want something "special" that day, I better make room for those calories. LOL!!!

like previously stated by others, any form of calorie burn is a good thing. All comes down to reducing calories and increasing amount burned. My first month of healthy living consisted of reducing my intake, monitoring what I was eating and the only exercise was the treadmill. lost 18 lbs. I am now adding resistance…

Can't believe the calories of some salads. You try to make good food choices but realize how quickly it adds up if you're not watching.
